Business Ethics I think business and ethics need to go together in order to have a succesesful business. Usually a business is run by mind, a lot of people think that to be succesful in their jobs they just need to use their intelectual to achieve their goals, but I think they need heart too; in order to achieve what they want. Without being ethical in what you do people won't trust you and they won;t help you achieve your goals. What makes you stand out of a crowd is how you treat others and how honest you do your work, what I mean is if you are a hundrer percent transparent  in what you do people are more likely to trust you more than people that are not ethical in their job. Obviously this talks very good about your work and promotes it. Being unethical in a job will make the job easier, and it may seem like everthings is okay with the job on the outside, but sooner or later it will all colapse.
