Death Penalty 

Bassicaly death penalty consists in provoking death to someone that has commited a crime, it's a punishment for those criminals that deserve it. There are different ways this can happen, it can by with an electric chair, injecting poison, with a gun, decapitated, after trying different experiments in them, and other forms. This is not a punishment that all criminals get, this way of getting rid of criminals is for the ones that have commited murders or other type of crimes like that one. 

Before reaseraching I thought this punishment was a good methot of getting read of criminals that have hurt lots of people and I kinda still believe is a good way of protecting the city, because we clear and clean our streets of criminals. The problem is that in many countries this helped with criminals; in fact, the crimes have not decreased they have stayed the same.  A study that took more than 36 years done by the National Cience Academy revealed and proved there is not any evidence that proves that this type of punishment for criminals has helped decreased crimes in different cities.

We need to know that life is one of the most important human rights that exist, it is not like freedom you can loose that if you do something you are not suposed to do. Taking their lifes is a violation to their human rights. Prison is a time for criminals to think about their action and learn from them. They consider what they did in order to change their mind and be better people. They are not supposed to suffer in their time in jail, so why do we keep them from changing. Maybe they are not going back to life as it was before, but they get to change and make up for their mistakes.

There can also be mistakes in who gets death penalty, with this in mind  we would be killing an inocent person. We would not be able to bring them back if there is new evidence or someone else confeses, also we would be cmmiting the same crime we are trying to solve.
